Blind Crab: This pattern is also designed to imitate the Pacific Mole Crab (Hippa analoga) a very abundant little crab that inhabits the beaches from Magdalena Bay all the way north to Washington State. This pattern was created by David Skok and is tied with heavily weighted bright orange eyes for fishing the Surf. We like the Orange eyes that imitate the egg sac of the natural. This is one of the new hot surf flies of California. This is a really good general imitation of the natural.
