Meat Whistle, Barr's: This is a very big cone headed pattern tied on a Jig Hook to out-mean big toothy critters. This is a very large, heavy fly that can be fished in a jigging action that drives large predators just crazy. The long tail is made from a supple rabbit strip for that added extra movement in the water. We have had great success with this pattern all over the world from Canada for large Northern Pike to the Rio Negro for huge Peacock Bass.
